PSDA School is operated by the Perrine Seventh-day Adventist Church under the auspices the Southeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventist, the Southern Union Conference, North American Division of Seventh-day Adventist, and the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventist at large.

The PSDA School is accredited by the Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools, Colleges, and Universities, Inc. and the National Council for Private School Accreditation.
